• Open to qualified nurses in Florida.
• Stock purchase required.
• Physicians’ Assistants, Advanced Practice Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Mid-Wives, and Nurse Anesthetists, pay 40% of first year’s premium for stock over three years, with a minimum of $50 payment.
• The premium charged for retroactive coverage for policy holders that are coming off claims made and desiring occurrence coverage is payable over two years.
• Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives must be working under general supervision of a physician.
• Florida Nurses Association members receive 10% discount.
• Shareholders accept risk management protocols.
